Day 1
Addis to Gondar
Morning flight north; afternoon walking tour of Gondar's castles.
Stay: Mayleko Lodge

Day 2
Drive to Sankaber
Transfer to the park; short acclimatisation walk along the escarpment.
Stay: Sankaber camp

Day 3
Sankaber to Geech
Six hours through juniper forest and giant lobelia, ending above Jinbar Falls.

Day 4
Imet Gogo summit
Dawn push to 3,926m for one of Africa's great views.

Day 5
Geech to Chennek
Long ridge walk past Inatye peak; Walia ibex often seen on the cliffs.

Day 6
Descend to Debark
Return to Gondar via the park HQ. Hot shower, cold beer.

Fly home
Return flight to Addis for onward connections.
